In the area of networking, NESI
:
- facilitates a forum
to discuss and coordinate actions related to education,
training and support for immunisation programmes in
low- and middle-income countries;
- maintains a network of
specialists drawn from international organisations,
universities in both industrialized and developing
countries, national immunisation programmes, NGOs,
industry and other relevant organisations. This in
order to deliver high-quality training in all
aspects of immunisation and at different stages of
implementation of immunisation programmes;
- collaborates with
local, regional, and global training initiatives;
- advocates for better
education and training.
