Adaptation of training DVD in French for Introduction of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine

The Ministry of Health of Madagascar planned to introduce pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV10) in the national routine immunisation programme. Due to time and financial constraints, it was decided not to develop a new PCV10 training DVD, but to translate the existing Kenyan DVD in French. The script developed for Kenya was translated into French. The voice-over was recorded in Madagascar by a local filming company. Adaptation of the visual text and quiz was done by the Audio-visual Department of the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
